This covers the SapphireSportz website, the iPhone and Android apps, and the Discord bot, all operated by Strategic International Consulting Services LLC. It's short because we don't hold much.
1. What we collect
From Discord, when you sign in: your Discord user ID, username, display name, avatar, and the email address on your Discord account. That's the whole login — there is no SapphireSportz password.
From you, as you use it: the leagues you join, the team you hold, your results, stats, bets and picks in the play-money book, your collectibles, anything you post in The Network, and files you upload (a team crest, a show music track).
From your league admin's Discord server: the bot reads the commands sent to it and the channels the admin points it at so it can post standings, scores and updates back. It does not read your DMs or servers it isn't in.
Automatically: a signed session cookie that keeps you logged in, and your IP address in server logs and the rate limiter. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts.
2. Payments
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe and never to us — we keep only a Stripe customer reference and what plan is active so the site knows what to unlock.
3. What we do with it
Run your league: show you your team, settle your bets, rank the ladder, post to your Discord. Email is used to tell you a league was approved or about billing — nothing promotional without asking. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services above (Discord, Stripe, and the host the site runs on) that need it to work.
4. Who can see what
Your Discord name, avatar, team, record and public profile are visible to other people in your leagues and on The Network — that's the point of a league. Your email is never shown to other members. Staff notes about a member are visible to league staff and the site owner only.
5. The video the app makes
The weekly show video is rendered on your own device, in your browser. It is not uploaded to us. Where it goes after that (Discord, your camera roll) is up to you.
6. Keeping it and deleting it
League data stays as long as the league exists, because a league's history is what makes it a league. To delete your account and the data tied to your Discord ID, ask in your league's support channel or through the support link in the footer; we'll remove your profile, email and uploads, and leave past results credited to a blank handle.
7. Age
SapphireSportz includes a play-money betting book. It's built for adults; please don't use it if you're under 18. No real money is ever wagered or paid out.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the change shows up on the What changed page like everything else. Questions go through your league's Discord support channel or the support link in the footer.
