Where these numbers come from. Requirements are facts and they're published free — every row links its source and the date it was read, so it can be re-checked after a patch. Nothing here is taken from behind a paywall: no measured green windows, no bought speed tests.
Grades, not numbers. Dribble moves were scored out of ten and are shown as letters on a stated scale — every step he recorded keeps its own letter, because a linear 1–10 conversion would have printed 7 and 7.5 identically and thrown away a judgement he took the trouble to make. His figure still sets the order. The jump shots come from Marquis's own research — his notes, from watching publicly posted video, in his own sheet. Release speed and green window were measured in milliseconds and are deliberately not printed: 534ms means nothing when you're picking a jumper, while "A+ release speed" means something straight away. They still decide the ORDER of this table, because a page where five jumpers all read A+ has no order left. 1 row carries a figure where a letter belongs; those facets are shown as written and left out of the grade rather than guessed at.
And "how good" is computed, never asserted. Release speed where a source publishes it, plus what this community actually runs and votes for. 58 of 70 carry a ranking so far — the rest say "not ranked yet" rather than being given a grade nobody earned. A tier list written by someone who hasn't played the game is worse than no tier list, because somebody rebuilds a $100 MyPLAYER around it.
Checked against outside analysis, never copied from it. 0 rankings here have been compared by hand against published analysis. What gets stored is the verdict, not their number — there's nowhere in this database to put somebody else's score. A disagreement is a reason to re-read our own evidence, not to adopt theirs. You can only check a ranking this league already has: checking one you don't have is just copying with an extra step.
